Your first recurring appointment includes additional time to address normal buildup and establish a stronger starting point for ongoing maintenance. After that, we return on your reserved schedule to help keep the home consistently clean.
The enhanced first visit applies to the rooms and tasks included in the approved recurring-cleaning quote. Homes requiring restoration-level cleaning, excessive buildup, or work outside the recurring scope may require a separately priced initial service.
