Upkeep Standard (“Upkeep Standard”, “we”, “us”) provides recurring residential cleaning in the northwest Chicago suburbs of Illinois. This policy explains what information we collect through upkeepstandard.com, our forms, chat, phone, text messages, and email, and how we use and protect it.

• Contact details: name, mobile phone number, email address, and home address.
• Home details you share for a quote: bedrooms, bathrooms, cleaning frequency, notes.
• Your text message preferences and the date and wording of any consent you give.
• Website usage data such as pages visited, referring site, and campaign links, collected with cookies and similar tools (including Google, Meta, and TikTok advertising tags).
• Job applications and resumes submitted through our careers page.

• To prepare and send your quote and schedule and provide cleaning services.
• To answer your questions and provide customer care.
• To send text messages and emails you have agreed to receive, including appointment updates and, if you opted in, promotions.
• To improve our website, services, and advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — for example scheduling and invoicing software, email and messaging delivery, website hosting, and payment processing — and only as needed to provide those services. These providers may not use your information for their own marketing. We may also disclose information when required by law. As stated above, mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data are never shared for marketing.

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Service-related emails about an active quote or appointment may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.

We use TikTok Pixel to measure visits and successful cleaning quote requests and to improve and optimize our TikTok advertising. When enabled, TikTok receives page URLs, browser and device information, IP addresses, cookie identifiers, and a form-submission event. We do not send your form answers, name, email, mobile number, or SMS opt-in data to TikTok through this pixel, and we do not enable customer matching or automatic form-data collection.

TikTok tracking is not loaded in regions requiring prior advertising consent, or when we cannot determine your region. No advertising consent banner is used; measurement there remains disabled. Elsewhere, we honor Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and the opt-out below. Ad clicks and impressions can still be counted by TikTok even when website tracking is disabled.

You can stop future TikTok website measurement in this browser at any time. This choice also applies to other open tabs of this site; it does not erase information already received by TikTok. Choices are browser-specific. See TikTok’s Privacy Policy.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
